ZKSCAN3

protein abundance — cross-omics
Cross-omicsPROTEIN-MS → RNAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, ZKSCAN3 protein abundance is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 1,572 significant associations in total. GBM shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible ZKSCAN3-associated genes across cancer lineages are RNASE7, ZNF880, and BAG2. Each is linked with ZKSCAN3 in more than 1 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both ZKSCAN3-to-partner and partner-to-ZKSCAN3 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile.

protein abundance associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (ZKSCAN3→partner) and Y-score (partner→ZKSCAN3) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
