ZKSCAN2

RNA expression — cross-omics
Cross-omicsRNA → PROTEIN-MSPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, ZKSCAN2 RNA expression is significantly associated with the protein abundance of many other proteins, with 16,451 significant associations in total. GBM shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible ZKSCAN2-associated proteins across cancer lineages are MYEF2, TP53BP1, and VEZF1. Each is linked with ZKSCAN2 in more than 5 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both ZKSCAN2-to-partner and partner-to-ZKSCAN2 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The scatter plot shows the strongest example, ZKSCAN2 versus MYEF2 in HNSC, with a Pearson correlation of 0.41.

RNA expression associated proteins by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (ZKSCAN2→partner) and Y-score (partner→ZKSCAN2) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
