ZKSCAN2

mutation — cross-omics
Cross-omicsMUTATION → RNAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, ZKSCAN2 mutation is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 4,524 significant associations in total. UCEC shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible ZKSCAN2-associated genes across cancer lineages are CCDC134, PHF5A, and PFKFB4. Each is linked with ZKSCAN2 in more than 2 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both ZKSCAN2-to-partner and partner-to-ZKSCAN2 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The box plot shows the strongest example, CCDC134 grouped by ZKSCAN2-low versus ZKSCAN2-high in SKCM.

mutation associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (ZKSCAN2→partner) and Y-score (partner→ZKSCAN2) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
