ZKSCAN2

protein abundance — cross-omics
Cross-omicsPROTEIN-MS → RNACell-linePairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA cell cohorts, ZKSCAN2 protein abundance is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 2,440 significant associations in total. BREAST shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible ZKSCAN2-associated genes across cancer lineages are TPM4, CCN2, and TGFB2. Each is linked with ZKSCAN2 in more than 7 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both ZKSCAN2-to-partner and partner-to-ZKSCAN2 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The scatter plot shows the strongest example, ZKSCAN2 versus TPM4 in LARGE_INTESTINE, with a Pearson correlation of 0.49.

protein abundance associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (ZKSCAN2→partner) and Y-score (partner→ZKSCAN2) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
