Cross-omicsRNA → PROTEIN-MSPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts
Across TCGA patient cohorts, ZKSCAN1 RNA expression is significantly associated with the protein abundance of many other proteins, with 18,823 significant associations in total. GBM shows the largest number of these associations.
The most reproducible ZKSCAN1-associated proteins across cancer lineages are ZKSCAN1_S13, PIK3CD, and PTPRC. Each is linked with ZKSCAN1 in more than 7 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both ZKSCAN1-to-partner and partner-to-ZKSCAN1 results are reported.
Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The scatter plot shows the strongest example, ZKSCAN1 versus ZKSCAN1_S13 in HNSC, with a Pearson correlation of 0.37.
RNA expression associated proteins by consensus
Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (ZKSCAN1→partner) and Y-score (partner→ZKSCAN1) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
