ZIC3

RNA expression — cross-omics
Cross-omicsRNA → RNAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, ZIC3 RNA expression is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 9,984 significant associations in total. TGCT shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible ZIC3-associated genes across cancer lineages are HOXD13, SOX3, and DPYSL5. Each is linked with ZIC3 in more than 13 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both ZIC3-to-partner and partner-to-ZIC3 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The scatter plot shows the strongest example, ZIC3 versus HOXD13 in MESO, with a Pearson correlation of 0.66.

RNA expression associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (ZIC3→partner) and Y-score (partner→ZIC3) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
