Across TCGA patient cohorts, ZIC3 RNA expression is significantly associated with the go_rna of many other GO terms, with 6,827 significant associations in total. STAD shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible ZIC3-associated GO terms across cancer lineages are Positive regulation of DNA metabolic process, Negative regulation of chromosome organization, and Positive regulation of chromosome organization. Each is linked with ZIC3 in more than 12 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both ZIC3-to-partner and partner-to-ZIC3 results are reported.
