Across TCGA cell cohorts, ZIC3 RNA expression is significantly associated with the go_rna of many other GO terms, with 700 significant associations in total. BONE shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible ZIC3-associated GO terms across cancer lineages are Zymogen activation, Germ-line stem cell population maintenance, and Presynaptic active zone assembly. Each is linked with ZIC3 in more than 4 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both ZIC3-to-partner and partner-to-ZIC3 results are reported.
