ZIC3

mutation — cross-omics
Cross-omicsMUTATION → RNACell-linePairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA cell cohorts, ZIC3 mutation is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 18 significant associations in total. LARGE_INTESTINE shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible ZIC3-associated genes across cancer lineages are OR10A5, CST9L, and RLN3. Each is linked with ZIC3 in more than 1 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both ZIC3-to-partner and partner-to-ZIC3 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The box plot shows the strongest example, OR10A5 grouped by ZIC3-low versus ZIC3-high in OVARY.

mutation associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (ZIC3→partner) and Y-score (partner→ZIC3) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
