ZIC2

RNA expression — cross-omics
Cross-omicsRNA → PROTEIN-MSPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, ZIC2 RNA expression is significantly associated with the protein abundance of many other proteins, with 9,308 significant associations in total. LSCC shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible ZIC2-associated proteins across cancer lineages are IMPDH1, ANPEP, and A1CF. Each is linked with ZIC2 in more than 3 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both ZIC2-to-partner and partner-to-ZIC2 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The scatter plot shows the strongest example, ZIC2 versus IMPDH1 in CCRCC, with a Pearson correlation of 0.52.

RNA expression associated proteins by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (ZIC2→partner) and Y-score (partner→ZIC2) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
