ZIC2

mutation — cross-omics
Cross-omicsMUTATION → RNAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, ZIC2 mutation is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 1,501 significant associations in total. UCEC shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible ZIC2-associated genes across cancer lineages are SNORD115-21, RBMY2KP, and TSPY3. Each is linked with ZIC2 in more than 2 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both ZIC2-to-partner and partner-to-ZIC2 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The box plot shows the strongest example, SNORD115-21 grouped by ZIC2-low versus ZIC2-high in BLCA.

mutation associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (ZIC2→partner) and Y-score (partner→ZIC2) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
