Across TCGA cell cohorts, ZIC2 RNA expression is significantly associated with the go_rna of many other GO terms, with 3,636 significant associations in total. BONE shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible ZIC2-associated GO terms across cancer lineages are Ribosomal protein import into nucleus, 'de novo' IMP biosynthetic process, and Locomotory exploration behavior. Each is linked with ZIC2 in more than 7 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both ZIC2-to-partner and partner-to-ZIC2 results are reported.
