ZIC1

RNA expression — cross-omics
Cross-omicsRNA → PROTEIN-MSPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, ZIC1 RNA expression is significantly associated with the protein abundance of many other proteins, with 7,317 significant associations in total. BRCA shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible ZIC1-associated proteins across cancer lineages are DNMT3A, MKI67_T1923, and TPX2_S486. Each is linked with ZIC1 in more than 3 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both ZIC1-to-partner and partner-to-ZIC1 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The scatter plot shows the strongest example, ZIC1 versus DNMT3A in OV, with a Pearson correlation of 0.41.

RNA expression associated proteins by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (ZIC1→partner) and Y-score (partner→ZIC1) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
