ZIC1

protein abundance — cross-omics
Cross-omicsPROTEIN-MS → RNAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, ZIC1 protein abundance is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 99 significant associations in total. UCEC shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible ZIC1-associated genes across cancer lineages are ARMCX3, HFE, and CACNG1. Each is linked with ZIC1 in more than 1 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both ZIC1-to-partner and partner-to-ZIC1 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The scatter plot shows the strongest example, ZIC1 versus ARMCX3 in UCEC, with a Pearson correlation of 0.59.

protein abundance associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (ZIC1→partner) and Y-score (partner→ZIC1) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
