ZIC1

mutation — cross-omics
Cross-omicsMUTATION → PROTEIN-RPPAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, ZIC1 mutation is significantly associated with the total protein of many other genes, with 48 significant associations in total. UCEC shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible ZIC1-associated genes across cancer lineages are PCNA, TFRC, and 4E-BP1. Each is linked with ZIC1 in more than 4 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both ZIC1-to-partner and partner-to-ZIC1 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The box plot shows the strongest example, PCNA grouped by ZIC1-low versus ZIC1-high in LUSC.

mutation associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (ZIC1→partner) and Y-score (partner→ZIC1) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
