ZIC1

mutation — cross-omics
Cross-omicsMUTATION → RNACell-linePairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA cell cohorts, ZIC1 mutation is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 1,059 significant associations in total. LARGE_INTESTINE shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible ZIC1-associated genes across cancer lineages are CBX7, BCKDK, and CAMTA2. Each is linked with ZIC1 in more than 1 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both ZIC1-to-partner and partner-to-ZIC1 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The box plot shows the strongest example, CBX7 grouped by ZIC1-low versus ZIC1-high in LARGE_INTESTINE.

mutation associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (ZIC1→partner) and Y-score (partner→ZIC1) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
