ZHX3

protein abundance — cross-omics
Cross-omicsPROTEIN-MS → RNAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, ZHX3 protein abundance is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 11,372 significant associations in total. GBM shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible ZHX3-associated genes across cancer lineages are TIMP3, CPE, and DCN. Each is linked with ZHX3 in more than 4 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both ZHX3-to-partner and partner-to-ZHX3 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The scatter plot shows the strongest example, ZHX3 versus TIMP3 in UCEC, with a Pearson correlation of 0.43.

protein abundance associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (ZHX3→partner) and Y-score (partner→ZHX3) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
