ZHX3

mutation — cross-omics
Cross-omicsMUTATION → RNAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, ZHX3 mutation is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 6,057 significant associations in total. UCEC shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible ZHX3-associated genes across cancer lineages are MIR6814, WDFY3-AS1, and CENPM. Each is linked with ZHX3 in more than 1 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both ZHX3-to-partner and partner-to-ZHX3 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The box plot shows the strongest example, MIR6814 grouped by ZHX3-low versus ZHX3-high in SKCM.

mutation associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (ZHX3→partner) and Y-score (partner→ZHX3) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
