Across TCGA cell cohorts, ZHX3 RNA expression is significantly associated with the go_rna of many other GO terms, with 5,589 significant associations in total. BONE shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible ZHX3-associated GO terms across cancer lineages are Response to oscillatory fluid shear stress, Cellular response to oscillatory fluid shear stress, and Vascular endothelial cell response to oscillatory fluid shear stress. Each is linked with ZHX3 in more than 13 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both ZHX3-to-partner and partner-to-ZHX3 results are reported.
