ZHX2

protein abundance — cross-omics
Cross-omicsPROTEIN-MS → RNAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, ZHX2 protein abundance is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 9,791 significant associations in total. GBM shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible ZHX2-associated genes across cancer lineages are SFXN3, LMO4, and PYGL. Each is linked with ZHX2 in more than 3 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both ZHX2-to-partner and partner-to-ZHX2 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The scatter plot shows the strongest example, ZHX2 versus SFXN3 in HNSC, with a Pearson correlation of -0.35.

protein abundance associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (ZHX2→partner) and Y-score (partner→ZHX2) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
