ZHX2

mutation — cross-omics
Cross-omicsMUTATION → RNAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, ZHX2 mutation is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 3,313 significant associations in total. UCEC shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible ZHX2-associated genes across cancer lineages are ENO2, UQCR10, and ALDOA. Each is linked with ZHX2 in more than 3 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both ZHX2-to-partner and partner-to-ZHX2 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The box plot shows the strongest example, ENO2 grouped by ZHX2-low versus ZHX2-high in SKCM.

mutation associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (ZHX2→partner) and Y-score (partner→ZHX2) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
