Across TCGA cell cohorts, ZHX2 RNA expression is significantly associated with the go_rna of many other GO terms, with 5,553 significant associations in total. BLOOD_Lymphoma shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible ZHX2-associated GO terms across cancer lineages are Glutamatergic neuron differentiation, Lymphocyte costimulation, and Establishment of endothelial intestinal barrier. Each is linked with ZHX2 in more than 13 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both ZHX2-to-partner and partner-to-ZHX2 results are reported.
