ZGRF1

protein abundance — cross-omics
Cross-omicsPROTEIN-MS → RNAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, ZGRF1 protein abundance is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 106 significant associations in total. UCEC shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible ZGRF1-associated genes across cancer lineages are CD101, ALMS1-IT1, and DGAT2. Each is linked with ZGRF1 in more than 1 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both ZGRF1-to-partner and partner-to-ZGRF1 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The scatter plot shows the strongest example, ZGRF1 versus CD101 in BRCA, with a Pearson correlation of -0.67.

protein abundance associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (ZGRF1→partner) and Y-score (partner→ZGRF1) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
