Across TCGA cell cohorts, ZGRF1 RNA expression is significantly associated with the go_rna of many other GO terms, with 4,658 significant associations in total. BLOOD_Leukemia shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible ZGRF1-associated GO terms across cancer lineages are Regulation of centrosome duplication, Regulation of metaphase/anaphase transition of cell cycle, and Regulation of mitotic metaphase/anaphase transition. Each is linked with ZGRF1 in more than 19 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both ZGRF1-to-partner and partner-to-ZGRF1 results are reported.
