ZGPAT

RNA expression — cross-omics
Cross-omicsRNA → PROTEIN-MSPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, ZGPAT RNA expression is significantly associated with the protein abundance of many other proteins, with 7,745 significant associations in total. GBM shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible ZGPAT-associated proteins across cancer lineages are ADNP, TAF4, and YTHDF1. Each is linked with ZGPAT in more than 4 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both ZGPAT-to-partner and partner-to-ZGPAT results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile.

RNA expression associated proteins by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (ZGPAT→partner) and Y-score (partner→ZGPAT) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
