ZGPAT

protein abundance — cross-omics
Cross-omicsPROTEIN-MS → RNAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, ZGPAT protein abundance is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 4,698 significant associations in total. LUAD shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible ZGPAT-associated genes across cancer lineages are RPS21, CSTF1, and SS18L1. Each is linked with ZGPAT in more than 3 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both ZGPAT-to-partner and partner-to-ZGPAT results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile.

protein abundance associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (ZGPAT→partner) and Y-score (partner→ZGPAT) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
