Across TCGA cell cohorts, ZGPAT RNA expression is significantly associated with the go_rna of many other GO terms, with 4,478 significant associations in total. BLOOD_Leukemia shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible ZGPAT-associated GO terms across cancer lineages are Regulation of telomeric loop disassembly, Spliceosomal tri-snRNP complex assembly, and Negative regulation of t-circle formation. Each is linked with ZGPAT in more than 16 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both ZGPAT-to-partner and partner-to-ZGPAT results are reported.
