Across TCGA pan-cancer cohorts, ZGLP1 Mutation is linked to patient survival in 3 of 34 cancer types, making it a survival-associated ZGLP1 data layer compared with 21 for mass-spec protein.
The strongest signal is observed in brain lower grade glioma (LGG), where higher ZGLP1 Mutation is associated with worse disease-free survival. In most high-consensus cancer types, elevated ZGLP1 expression acts as an unfavorable survival marker, although some lineages such as SKCM show a favorable association.
LGG, UCEC, and SKCM are the cancer types where ZGLP1 Mutation most reproducibly stratifies survival.
