Cross-omicsMUTATION → RNAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts
Across TCGA patient cohorts, ZGLP1 mutation is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 724 significant associations in total. UCEC shows the largest number of these associations.
The most reproducible ZGLP1-associated genes across cancer lineages are BZW1-AS1, RNU6-1101P, and SOCS7. Each is linked with ZGLP1 in more than 1 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both ZGLP1-to-partner and partner-to-ZGLP1 results are reported.
Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile.
mutation associated genes by consensus
Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (ZGLP1→partner) and Y-score (partner→ZGLP1) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
