ZFYVE9

RNA expression — cross-omics
Cross-omicsRNA → PROTEIN-MSPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, ZFYVE9 RNA expression is significantly associated with the protein abundance of many other proteins, with 20,806 significant associations in total. GBM shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible ZFYVE9-associated proteins across cancer lineages are THEMIS2, BTK, and VAV1. Each is linked with ZFYVE9 in more than 5 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both ZFYVE9-to-partner and partner-to-ZFYVE9 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The scatter plot shows the strongest example, ZFYVE9 versus THEMIS2 in GBM, with a Pearson correlation of -0.61.

RNA expression associated proteins by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (ZFYVE9→partner) and Y-score (partner→ZFYVE9) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
