Across TCGA patient cohorts, ZFYVE9 mutation is significantly associated with the total protein of many other genes, with 38 significant associations in total. UCEC shows the largest number of these associations.
The most reproducible ZFYVE9-associated genes across cancer lineages are 4E-BP1, JNK2, and Caspase-7-cleavedD198. Each is linked with ZFYVE9 in more than 3 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both ZFYVE9-to-partner and partner-to-ZFYVE9 results are reported.
