Across TCGA pan-cancer cohorts, ZFYVE26 Mutation is linked to patient survival in 11 of 34 cancer types, making it a survival-associated ZFYVE26 data layer compared with 23 for mass-spec protein and 5 for mass-spec protein.

The strongest signal is observed in colon adenocarcinoma (COAD), where higher ZFYVE26 Mutation is associated with worse overall survival. In most high-consensus cancer types, elevated ZFYVE26 expression acts as an unfavorable survival marker, although some lineages such as UCEC and LUSC show a favorable association.

COAD, MESO, and PAAD are the cancer types where ZFYVE26 Mutation most reproducibly stratifies survival.
