Cross-omicsPROTEIN-MS → RNAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts
Across TCGA patient cohorts, ZFYVE26 protein abundance is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 22,871 significant associations in total. LSCC shows the largest number of these associations.
The most reproducible ZFYVE26-associated genes across cancer lineages are FCGR2A, STX11, and RGS10. Each is linked with ZFYVE26 in more than 5 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both ZFYVE26-to-partner and partner-to-ZFYVE26 results are reported.
Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The scatter plot shows the strongest example, ZFYVE26 versus FCGR2A in COAD, with a Pearson correlation of 0.40.
protein abundance associated genes by consensus
Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (ZFYVE26→partner) and Y-score (partner→ZFYVE26) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
