Across TCGA cell cohorts, ZFYVE26 RNA expression is significantly associated with the go_rna of many other GO terms, with 4,249 significant associations in total. BLOOD_Lymphoma shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible ZFYVE26-associated GO terms across cancer lineages are Early endosome to late endosome transport, Vacuole organization, and Vesicle-mediated transport between endosomal compartments. Each is linked with ZFYVE26 in more than 16 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both ZFYVE26-to-partner and partner-to-ZFYVE26 results are reported.
