ZFYVE21

RNA expression — cross-omics
Cross-omicsRNA → RNAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, ZFYVE21 RNA expression is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 20,105 significant associations in total. ACC shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible ZFYVE21-associated genes across cancer lineages are PPP1R13B, WDR20, and BAG5. Each is linked with ZFYVE21 in more than 33 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both ZFYVE21-to-partner and partner-to-ZFYVE21 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The scatter plot shows the strongest example, ZFYVE21 versus PPP1R13B in TGCT, with a Pearson correlation of 0.79.

RNA expression associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (ZFYVE21→partner) and Y-score (partner→ZFYVE21) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
