Across TCGA patient cohorts, ZFYVE21 mutation is significantly associated with the total protein of many other genes, with 7 significant associations in total. UCEC shows the largest number of these associations.
The most reproducible ZFYVE21-associated genes across cancer lineages are N-Cadherin, XBP1, and Bax. Each is linked with ZFYVE21 in more than 1 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both ZFYVE21-to-partner and partner-to-ZFYVE21 results are reported.
Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The box plot shows the strongest example, N-Cadherin grouped by ZFYVE21-low versus ZFYVE21-high in UCEC.
