Across TCGA cell cohorts, ZFYVE21 RNA expression is significantly associated with the go_rna of many other GO terms, with 4,092 significant associations in total. BREAST shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible ZFYVE21-associated GO terms across cancer lineages are Schwann cell differentiation, Schwann cell development, and ERBB3 signaling pathway. Each is linked with ZFYVE21 in more than 12 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both ZFYVE21-to-partner and partner-to-ZFYVE21 results are reported.
