Across TCGA pan-cancer cohorts, ZFYVE19 Mutation is linked to patient survival in 2 of 34 cancer types, making it a survival-associated ZFYVE19 data layer compared with 24 for mass-spec protein and 6 for mass-spec protein.
The strongest signal is observed in kidney chromophobe (KICH), where higher ZFYVE19 Mutation is associated with worse disease-free survival. In most high-consensus cancer types, elevated ZFYVE19 expression acts as an unfavorable survival marker.
KICH and UVM are the cancer types where ZFYVE19 Mutation most reproducibly stratifies survival.
