Across TCGA cell cohorts, ZFYVE19 RNA expression is significantly associated with the go_rna of many other GO terms, with 2,914 significant associations in total. BREAST shows the largest number of these associations.
The most reproducible ZFYVE19-associated GO terms across cancer lineages are Mitotic cytokinesis checkpoint signaling, Xenophagy, and Midbody abscission. Each is linked with ZFYVE19 in more than 14 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both ZFYVE19-to-partner and partner-to-ZFYVE19 results are reported.
