Cross-omicsMUTATION → RNACell-linePairwise association · TCGA cohorts
Across TCGA cell cohorts, ZFYVE19 mutation is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 56 significant associations in total. UPPER_AERODIGESTIVE_TRACT shows the largest number of these associations.
The most reproducible ZFYVE19-associated genes across cancer lineages are OR56A1, CST5, and MROH2B. Each is linked with ZFYVE19 in more than 1 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both ZFYVE19-to-partner and partner-to-ZFYVE19 results are reported.
Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The box plot shows the strongest example, OR56A1 grouped by ZFYVE19-low versus ZFYVE19-high in UPPER_AERODIGESTIVE_TRACT.
mutation associated genes by consensus
Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (ZFYVE19→partner) and Y-score (partner→ZFYVE19) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
