Cross-omicsPROTEIN-MS → RNAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts
Across TCGA patient cohorts, ZFYVE16 protein abundance is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 15,409 significant associations in total. LSCC shows the largest number of these associations.
The most reproducible ZFYVE16-associated genes across cancer lineages are VSIG4, TGFBR2, and TLR8. Each is linked with ZFYVE16 in more than 5 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both ZFYVE16-to-partner and partner-to-ZFYVE16 results are reported.
Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The scatter plot shows the strongest example, ZFYVE16 versus VSIG4 in GBM, with a Pearson correlation of 0.39.
protein abundance associated genes by consensus
Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (ZFYVE16→partner) and Y-score (partner→ZFYVE16) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
