ZFYVE1

RNA expression — cross-omics
Cross-omicsRNA → PROTEIN-MSPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, ZFYVE1 RNA expression is significantly associated with the protein abundance of many other proteins, with 13,467 significant associations in total. BRCA shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible ZFYVE1-associated proteins across cancer lineages are BAG5, CDC42BPB, and PPP2R5E. Each is linked with ZFYVE1 in more than 6 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both ZFYVE1-to-partner and partner-to-ZFYVE1 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The scatter plot shows the strongest example, ZFYVE1 versus BAG5 in GBM, with a Pearson correlation of 0.42.

RNA expression associated proteins by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (ZFYVE1→partner) and Y-score (partner→ZFYVE1) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
