Cross-omicsMUTATION → RNAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts
Across TCGA patient cohorts, ZFYVE1 mutation is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 2,331 significant associations in total. UCEC shows the largest number of these associations.
The most reproducible ZFYVE1-associated genes across cancer lineages are CASC15, RNA5SP27, and TICRR. Each is linked with ZFYVE1 in more than 2 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both ZFYVE1-to-partner and partner-to-ZFYVE1 results are reported.
Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The box plot shows the strongest example, CASC15 grouped by ZFYVE1-low versus ZFYVE1-high in UCEC.
mutation associated genes by consensus
Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (ZFYVE1→partner) and Y-score (partner→ZFYVE1) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
