Across TCGA cell cohorts, ZFYVE1 RNA expression is significantly associated with the go_rna of many other GO terms, with 5,262 significant associations in total. BLOOD_Lymphoma shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible ZFYVE1-associated GO terms across cancer lineages are Retrograde transport, endosome to Golgi, Response to starvation, and Process utilizing autophagic mechanism. Each is linked with ZFYVE1 in more than 18 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both ZFYVE1-to-partner and partner-to-ZFYVE1 results are reported.
