The most reproducible ZFY-associated genes across cancer lineages are RN7SKP179, MRGPRX9P, and MIR3908. Each is linked with ZFY in more than 1 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both ZFY-to-partner and partner-to-ZFY results are reported.
