ZFR2

mutation — cross-omics
Cross-omicsMUTATION → RNAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, ZFR2 mutation is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 1,262 significant associations in total. UCEC shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible ZFR2-associated genes across cancer lineages are RNU7-136P, SLC25A51P3, and OR4G2P. Each is linked with ZFR2 in more than 2 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both ZFR2-to-partner and partner-to-ZFR2 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The box plot shows the strongest example, RNU7-136P grouped by ZFR2-low versus ZFR2-high in LUAD.

mutation associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (ZFR2→partner) and Y-score (partner→ZFR2) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
