ZFR2

mutation — cross-omics
Cross-omicsMUTATION → RNACell-linePairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA cell cohorts, ZFR2 mutation is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 37 significant associations in total. BLOOD_Leukemia shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible ZFR2-associated genes across cancer lineages are OR10A5, ADAM7, and IFNA14. Each is linked with ZFR2 in more than 1 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both ZFR2-to-partner and partner-to-ZFR2 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The box plot shows the strongest example, OR10A5 grouped by ZFR2-low versus ZFR2-high in SKIN.

mutation associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (ZFR2→partner) and Y-score (partner→ZFR2) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
