Cross-omicsPROTEIN-MS → RNAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts
Across TCGA patient cohorts, ZFR protein abundance is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 22,416 significant associations in total. LSCC shows the largest number of these associations.
The most reproducible ZFR-associated genes across cancer lineages are NELFCD, ADNP, and SUV39H1. Each is linked with ZFR in more than 7 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both ZFR-to-partner and partner-to-ZFR results are reported.
Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The scatter plot shows the strongest example, ZFR versus NELFCD in HNSC, with a Pearson correlation of 0.36.
protein abundance associated genes by consensus
Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (ZFR→partner) and Y-score (partner→ZFR) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
