Across TCGA cell cohorts, ZFR RNA expression is significantly associated with the go_rna of many other GO terms, with 3,521 significant associations in total. LARGE_INTESTINE shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible ZFR-associated GO terms across cancer lineages are Protein localization to nuclear inner membrane, Establishment of mitotic sister chromatid cohesion, and Centrosome cycle. Each is linked with ZFR in more than 17 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both ZFR-to-partner and partner-to-ZFR results are reported.
