Cross-omicsMUTATION → RNACell-linePairwise association · TCGA cohorts
Across TCGA cell cohorts, ZFR mutation is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 371 significant associations in total. LARGE_INTESTINE shows the largest number of these associations.
The most reproducible ZFR-associated genes across cancer lineages are RPTN, C16orf90, and LYZL6. Each is linked with ZFR in more than 1 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both ZFR-to-partner and partner-to-ZFR results are reported.
Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The box plot shows the strongest example, RPTN grouped by ZFR-low versus ZFR-high in LUNG_NSCLC_LUAD.
mutation associated genes by consensus
Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (ZFR→partner) and Y-score (partner→ZFR) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
